📌 Cancellation Policy
✅ Booking Confirmation:
- Your booking is confirmed only after payment and selecting an available time slot.
- Payments are securely processed via Stripe using any credit card.
- 100% guarantee that your selected date and time are reserved for you.
❗ Cancellation & Rescheduling:
- If you cancel at least 3 days before your booking, we will refund your payment minus payment processing fees.
- You can reschedule your booking up to 1 day before your reserved time by contacting us, and we will help you find an alternative slot.
- Last-minute changes (less than 24 hours before) may be accommodated based on availability but cannot be guaranteed.
🚫 No Refund Policy for Late Cancellations:
- If you cancel less than 3 days before your booking, no refunds will be issued.
- Rescheduling within this period is possible, but only if a suitable time slot is available.
