2 hours minimum on every in-studio and on-location tier. We've found 2 hours is enough to set up, shoot, and break down without rushing. Need just 30 minutes for a quick shot? Text us — we can sometimes fit you in.
No. The hourly rate covers studio access, all 6 zones, lighting, parking, hospitality, and engineer (where included in tier). The only extras are post-production add-ons you choose explicitly — editing, reels, subtitles. Travel for on-location shoots within South Florida is quoted upfront.
Free reschedule up to 48 hours before your shoot. Within 48 hours we charge 50% of the booking; within 24 hours, 100% — but we'll always try to find another slot for you first. Memberships can be paused once per 12 months.
Booking is highly recommended — we run multiple shoots a day. But if you call ahead and a zone is free, we'll fit you in. The live availability page shows open slots in real time.
Yes — we offer a free 15-minute tour of all 6 filming zones. You'll meet our engineer and see exactly where you'll shoot. Book a tour the same way you book a session — by phone, WhatsApp, or online.
The same crew works fluently in English · Español · Русский. The engineer who runs your shoot will switch languages as needed during the same session — no translator required, no extra cost.
All multi-cam tiers default to 4K cinema. 8K is available on request — usually for commercial spots and high-end branded content. Our in-house engineer runs the camera switch, lighting grid, and audio chain end-to-end.
Yes — the Live Streaming & Cinema tier covers end-to-end broadcasting. Multi-cam switch, full audio mix, RTMP push to YouTube · Facebook · Twitch · Vimeo · custom destinations. We also handle private streams with passcode access.
We accept cash, credit card, Zelle, and PayPal. A deposit is taken at the time of booking (30% of total). The balance is due on the shoot day. Memberships run on auto-charge monthly.
