What's the minimum booking?▾
Minimum depends on the package. 1-hour bookings available on engineer-led tiers — Podcast Recording ($250), Live Streaming & Cinema ($350), Vertical Reels ($350). Our crew pre-rigs everything in advance for these. 2-hour minimum on Studio Rental DIY ($99) and Online Course & Webinars ($175). Volume discount on longer bookings — the more hours, the bigger the savings.
Are there hidden fees?▾
No hidden fees on the studio rate — the hourly price covers studio access, all 6 zones, lighting, parking, and engineer where included in the tier. Heads-up: paying online by credit card adds a 3% processing fee. Cash, Zelle and bank transfer are fee-free. Post-production extras (editing, reels, retouch) are always quoted upfront.
Deposit & payment — how does it work?▾
100% prepayment confirms your slot — full amount due before your shoot day. We don't do half-now / half-later. The flow is simple: you book → you pay in full → you arrive → you shoot → you leave with your raw footage within 24 hours. No day-of surprises, no chasing invoices.
What languages does your team speak?▾
On studio our crew works fluently in English and Russian. We also welcome multilingual clients all the time — Spanish, French, Hebrew and more come through every week, and we make it work for every shoot. Bring a translator if it helps, but it's rarely needed.
Do you film in 4K? Can you retouch in-camera?▾
All multi-cam tiers default to 4K cinema (8K on request). We shoot on premium cinematic cameras, and on club / membership plans we can enable in-camera beauty retouch — skin smoothing, soft tone, polish — so guests look great straight off the camera, no heavy post-production needed.
Do you handle live streaming?▾
Yes — full broadcast crew, multi-cam switching, complete audio mix. We stream live in 1080p to YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Vimeo and custom RTMP destinations. Private streams with passcode access also supported.
How does the cancellation policy work?▾
Free reschedule up to 48 hours before your shoot. Within 48 hours we charge 50% of the booking; within 24 hours, 100% — but we'll always try to find another slot for you first. Memberships can be paused once per 12 months.
Can I tour the studio before booking?▾
Yes — free 15-minute tour of all 6 filming zones. You'll meet our engineer and see exactly where you'll shoot. Book a tour via WhatsApp, phone, or the booking page — same way you book a session.
